About The Position

Office Admin at ControlUp - Temporary Position, 8 months replacement for maternity leave with an option to stay.

 Unique and exciting opportunity to join Controlup team, a growing High-tech company. We are seeking an energetic Office Manager, that combines people skills with attention to details and a "Can do" attitude.

Position Type: Full Time

Location: Rishon Lezion (Azrieli Rishonim)

 

Responsibilities:

•   Focal point to our employees for all administrative matters.

•   Ensure that the office runs smoothly on a daily basis by supporting all office functions in a fast-paced environment (in charge of all the operations suppliers e.g. car leasing, cellular provider, cleaning company, building management, etc.)

•   Manage vendors & partners, continuously looking for best services at best prices

•   Responsibility for large purchases as well as shopping for kitchen supply & office equipment

•   Assisting the HR efforts with on-boarding of new employees, welfare and HR activities.

Requirements

•   Bachelor’s degree is preferred

•  1-2 years of any related experience (customer facing or administrative rolls) - An advantage

•   Attention to detail, organizational skills

•   Strong service orientation with the ability to work independently

•   Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook in particular)

•   Written and verbal English communication skills.

•   Upbeat, positive attitude, super energetic, all-around team player, fast and self-learning individual.
