About The Position

We are looking for a Sales Manager with a proven track record of success in the German market. Sales Manager at ControlUp is upbeat and versatile, focused and well-organized individuals. The ideal candidate will join our EMEA sales team focused on developing our German market, selling direct and nondirect to a wide range of organizations. You must be comfortable with actively reaching out, creating and developing new opportunities, participate in events and establish strategic partnerships in your territory. You must also have demonstrated experience with growing pipelines, managing sales process and be an excellent closer.

Requirements

  • 5 + years of previous experience selling within the German Market 
  • Native German as mother tongue, excellent English - are a MUST
  • 5+ years of proven experience in Direct sales / Partners - A MUST
  • Past experience in selling SW B2B Technology based products in the territory - A MUST
  • Highly proficient with Virtualization and VDI technologies (VMware, Citrix, RDS, Windows) 
  • Experience in managing the sales process from start to finish with Senior / C-level executives
  • Proven track record of success quarter by quarter within the focus territory
  • Positive and energetic attitude with ambitious, upbeat, revenue driven, highly creative
  • Self-motivation personality and genuine commitment to excellence in sales
  • A business-driven mindset with strong sales abilities and can-do attitude
  • Able to explain complex technical ideas in a way that clients understand and get excited about
  • Impeccable integrity and organizational standards
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Willingness to travel about ~20% of your time within the region
