Reporting to the VP Sales and Marketing, the Technical Marketing Director will have direct influence on overall company performance and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve defined sales objectives by building and managing the overall relationship with new and existing Channel Partners as well as direct sales to strategic accounts.
  • Create and execute a go-to-market strategy to significantly increase channel and related partnership revenues
  • Identify, recruit, develop and manage an effective channel network to facilitate achievement of geography goals for sales

 We are looking for a bright Technical Support tier 2 Engineer to provide enterprise level technical support to our customers. This technician will provide support via phone, web, email, chat and other channels as required. A background in engineering or IT support is required.

Who You’ll Work With 

The Global Technical Services team provides first/second/third level technical support for ControlUp solutions via inbound/outbound phone calls, email, web and remote access. Provide consultation to independently troubleshoot & debug solutions for ControlUp customers, resellers, sales and development teams along with collaborating with other support engineers to resolve issues.

This is a position within the R&D team. The automation engineer will be responsible for the design and implementation of test automation process and deliver complex end-to-end automation solutions.

 

The Web automation engineer will:

  • Design, plan, review, execute and track suits of automation test assets
  • Identify best test strategies and define design specifications
  • Design and implement core automation APIs which best serve automation needs
  • Build maintainable, high quality and effective automated tests on top of various automation tools and frameworks
