ControlUp is pleased to announce a new customer feedback platform, UserVoice, to improve our communication and collaboration around product requirements and new features with global customers.

In addition, customers can request ControlUp employees to submit feedback on their behalf.
The UserVoice customer portal is available to all licensed customers, excluding trial accounts. All licensed customers can access the customer portal (via SSO) through the Resource Center sidebar in ControlUp Solve.
Notifications and Updates
Customers can define their notification preferences under ‘Settings‘. By default customers will receive email notifications for any status change to ideas they submitted and those they voted for.
