Many tools are available to help migrate to Windows 11, but many businesses forget about the human effect of a migration. Sentiment Reporting
With ControlUp user sentiment reporting, you can understand how employees feel about the migration, what they think about the device performance under the new OS, and how applications are performing compared to running on Windows 10. Adding the human element to the migration helps get employee buy-in for a successful migration with minimal impact on productivity.
Adding custom questions is easy, for instance, in the screen below, I created a template to ask the four following questions using categories such as Multiple Choice, Yes/No, Free text, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Once the template has been created, you can send the surveys to groups of devices or people. For instance, you can send surveys only to devices that were upgraded to Windows 11. Below are sample survey results that went out to Windows 11 devices.
When I was doing migration projects, I always wished I could have polled the end-users to see if the new OS or applications were any faster, providing a better experience, caused less trouble, or helped them be more productive. I always knew we did a decent job, but I still wanted that end-user feedback.
