Who Doesn’t Need a Change of Scenery? The ControlUp Work From Anywhere Fantasy Trip

Do you work in your closet because it’s the only quiet place you can find? Maybe you’ve taken over the dining room table? Or maybe you have a glamorous home office with perfect lighting, the best office chair, a butler who brings you fresh beverages, and a view of a well manicured garden? Doubtful. I don’t mean to be a buzz kill, but let’s face it, this pandemic and this “new” (plenty of people were working from home long before COVID reared its head), work-from-home world, has gotten, well, a little stale. I’m pretty tired of looking at the same walls and I get a little too excited when I get a new corporate Zoom background.

Whether you work from the closet or a glamorous home office, my guess is you could use a change of scenery, too. Well? You’re in luck. At ControlUp, we are so confident that remote work WORKS, we’re giving away a five-day / four-night work from anywhere fantasy trip for you to do just that: WORK FROM ANYWHERE.

Why are we giving away this fantasy trip?

For over a decade, ControlUp has helped companies champion flexible workstyles by empowering IT teams to make working from anywhere more flexible and reliable. We want to show you how ControlUp optimizes remote work environments, prevents user downtime, and resolves issues faster. At ControlUp, we practice what we preach, so why not give away the opportunity to work remotely in a location of your choosing!

I know you’re probably thinking “this sounds too good to be true.” But really, we are just asking for you to choose a location*—hopefully one with at least so-so Wi-Fi—and go! The only catch is we want you to share your Work From Anywhere experience with the rest of us. We want to live vicariously through you. Just think of the possibilities: the winner can choose to sit on a warm beach, stay in some city high rise, or visit a sandy desert.

By now, you are probably thinking, how do I win? It’s simple, really. First, you register on our contest registration page. Then, you earn Power Points, as many as you can by June 11, 2022. From our top Power Point earners, we will choose three finalists who will be notified by June 17, 2022. The winner will get accomodations , flights, and spending money for two (up to $7000 USD**)!

How to collect Power Points:

  • Register on our contest landing page – 5  Power Points
  • Connect with us on social media – 10 Power Points

And? If you win the trip and you don’t want to work, we won’t tell. Promise. It will be our little secret. Take your spouse, partner, friend, we don’t care, it’s your fantasy. Please leave out the illicit details, we try to keep it rated PG. 😉

So, I’ve given you all you need to know to get started. Why are you still here!?
