Criteria for participation
Invitation only and open to selected Solution Architects, Technical Pre-Sales, & EUC consultants
STEP 1Partner sales person send out a partner branded DEX survey to their customers, the first 100 respondents per partner that complete the survey will receive a £5 cost coffee voucher.
STEP 2Sales Person sends completed survey to their channel manager and, this is qualified. Channel Manager will set up a call with the aligned ControlUp sales team to advise on how to respond to the customer.
STEP 3A deal registration is raised by the partner and a demo meeting is set up with the partner salesperson and ControlUp team.
STEP 4The opportunity moves to a POC stage with a trial of ControlUp created & verified by the ControlUp sales team. At this stage the partner sales person who helped sent the survey and introduced the customer will receive a £50 digital gift voucher.
STEP 5The POC is successful, and the opportunity progresses to a completed purchase, this is verified by the ControlUp sales team. At this stage the partner sales person who sent the survey and introduced the customer will receive a £50 digital gift voucher. additional £100 gift voucher.
Every survey completed will also enter the sales person into a raffle to win weekly spot prizes including hampers, tech gadgets and experience days
This campaign is in conjunction with the ControlUP DEX Accelerator incentive where partners can attain an additional 10% margin on net new deals that hit a criteria for the rest of 2025. (please add a link and attach dex accelerator onpager which is attached)

1. How to participate and eligibility
1.1 The “ControlUpo DriveDX Partner Dex Survey Campaign” (promotion) is applicable to opportunities raised between 1st September – 15th December 2025
1.2 In these terms and conditions ControlUP means [ControlUp Ltd] and participant means a person who qualifies pursuant to clause 1.4.
1.3 Access to the Promotion is via the registration page on controlup.com/asktheexperts
1.4 The Promotion is invitation only and open to employees, consultants or agents of ControlUp Drive DX Partner program who have signed a ControlUp Reseller Agreement contract in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The promotion is applicable to opportunities registered via the ControlUp Partner Portal. The opportunity must be communicated to the ControlUp channel representative before a deal registration is raised.
1.5 The promotion is limited to 10 POCs and is rewarded at a first come first served basis
1.6 Participation is only valid on opportunities over 400 software licenses.
1.7 Contact from ControlUp sales to the customer must be completed within two (2) weeks of deal registration.
1.8 Opportunity stags (POC & Closed Won / completed purchase) must be verified by an ControlUp sales manager via email and confirmed to the Northern Europe Channel sales team to progress.
1.9 ControlUp reserves the right to deny participation in the promotion to any person, without notice.
2. Privacy and Data Protection
2.1 All and any personal information will be used and processed in accordance with the ControlUp data protection and privacy policies which can be found here.
3. Prizes and announcement
3.1 Prizes are awarded to the invited partner solution architect, pre-sales engineer or EUC consultant on the initiation of a customer POC and completed purchase, valid to the first 10 POCs initiated and only upon verification from controlup that the opportunity complies with the requirements of these terms and conditions.
3.2 Prizes are subject to availability and Controlup reserves the right to substitute any prize listed on the predetermined list. Prizes are limited to three (3) prizes per participant.
3.3 Winning participants are selected in the order the opportunity was registered within two (2) weeks of verification in accordance with clause 3.1.
3.4 In the event a winner cannot be contacted or claims their prize within 14 days from the date their winnings have been announced, ControlUp reserves the right to select another winner.
3.5 Prizes are selected from a pre-selected list. Controlup reserves the right to substitute any prize on the list with another at any time and without notice.
4. Publicity
4.1 By virtue of entering into the promotion, all participants agree to take part in reasonable publicity, including but not limited to an interview, which may be recorded, filmed or photographed and used for general publicity and promotional purposes.
5. Limitation of liability
5.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, ControlUp, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, taxation charges, personal injury or death occurring as a result of any of the prizes or delivery of the same.
6. General
6.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, ControlUp may, at its sole discretion, exclude a participant from participating in the promotion, without reason, explanation or notice.
6.2 ControlUp reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion at any time.
6.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
