Jed Ayers Becomes ControlUp’s New CEO

ControlUp is excited to share that Jed Ayres has joined as our new CEO! Jed will work alongside co-founder Asaf Ganot, now the Executive Chairman, and will head our company’s product strategy. As a leader in the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) technology revolution, Jed outlined his three-part strategy for ControlUp:

  • Go-to-Market Acceleration: Build out a channel-centric approach with enterprise customer success and a robust technology ecosystem 
  • Global Expansion: Grow market presence across EMEA and APAC while deepening the company’s reach throughout the North American market
  • Customer Advocacy: Investing in a program encouraging greater customer advocacy,  delivering the DEX solution customers want with greater speed and affinity
