    .SYNOPSIS
Retrieve NetScaler High Availability (sync) status.
    .DESCRIPTION
Retrieve NetScaler High Availability (sync) status, using the Invoke-RestMethod cmdlet for the REST API calls.
This script checks the high Availability status for errors and any configuration errors that might have occurs, especially in regards to the HA sync process.
A message is returned to specify the state and whether or not a HA Failover is supported with the current configuration.
